Sony has taken a page out of Nintendo's book and is hard at work on a new game reminiscent of the much beloved "Super Smash Bros" series. Made by developer Superbot Entertainment, the current roster boasts characters including Sweet Tooth, Sly Cooper, Parapper the Rapper and Kratos, along with several less known characters such as Fat Princess. Whether you're anxious to beat the uh...beats out of Parappa with Cole's Amp, or wield a psychotic clown's firepower as your own, this is a title to keep your eye on even if you don't own a PS3. After all, what's a party fighter without friends?

Details from Nintendo's E3 booths have surfaced and revealed that one of the three booths belongs to ViviTouch: a company who deals only in haptic screen technology. This technology allows users to feel the screen as if it was fur or gun metal, and is said to be one of the most immersive experiences one can have. While the booth is technically a peripheral booth and not a console booth, it's a fairly safe bet that the Wii U will be utilizing this technology in at least some of their games; possibly a console version of Nintendogs.

Rumors abound regarding all 3 nextgen consoles, but with Nintendo way ahead and Microsoft claiming to be right behind, Sony's next console has been largely up to speculation until just yesterday. Kotaku released a bold statement yesterday proclaiming "Orbis" as the codename for Sony's newest console addition, along with a convincing background of the word and why Sony may have picked it. Coupled with the name comes little actual information on the console itself. Aside from having an AMD processor, no backwards compatibility, and apparently no ability to play used games, the only news we get about the console is that dev kits have allegedly been going out since the beginning of this year. Expect more details in the coming months, and keep a close eye ont he used game controversy that nextgen consoles may be facing.
